Rated 3 out of 5 by from Would not recommend Purchased the fridge in 2017 and needed a new compressor in 2022. Appliances should last longer than five years. Thankfully it was covered under warranty or recall or something. Please note: the LG dishwasher we purchased in the appliance package has been a complete nightmare. We’ve spent more on repairs than the original purchase price. There is always something going wrong with it. Will never buy LG again.

What is the best cleaning supply for all of LG’s black stainless steel? We just recently got all LG black stainless steel & we don’t know what the best stuff to use is.

Is this refrigerator available in a 110/120 Volt 50 HZ

The standard in the United States is 120V and 60Hz AC electricity, so the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 27 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity 3-Door French Door Refrigerator, Model # LFX28968D is only available as a 115V, 60 Hz refrigerator...^IFV

Where are the humidity controls for produce

We appreciate your interest in this refrigerator and its features. The HUMIDITY CONTROL should be located on the front edge of the shelf immediately above the CRISPER drawers. An additional description of this can be found on page 32 of the owner’s manual.

The filter light says 1 month but it seems to me that the water is tasting funny does that mean we are a month behind in changing the filter or we need to change it in a month

We regret the trouble you have experienced with this refrigerator and its features. The indicator is stating that the filter should be changed in a month. However, if there are more impurities in the water supply than normal, then it is possible that the filter might need to be changed sooner than expected.

What should my refrigerator temp. For freezer & refrigerator be set at?

We appreciate your interest in this refrigerator. It is recommended that, when the unit is first installed, the freezer temperature should be set to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, while the refrigerator should be set to 37 degrees. Once the unit reaches these temperatures, you may change the setting to however you would prefer.
