Still not working!
I bought the LED replacement light. It isn't illuminating when plugged in. Is there a restart button somewhere that needs to be engaged? Do I need an LG person to check the frig?

Bought over four years ago. Makes an impression in our gourmet kitchen. Perfectly sized for two people or a small family.

So far, so good.
The refrigerator is just like the previous defective one we owned, but the inside configuration is a bit simpler ... and seems deeper. What I am VERY DISPLEASED about is your registration website. Not only does it require a ridiculously long and complicated password, but after setting it up and going back in the next day, it would not let me in with the password that I established the day before. Horrible website and not user friendly at all! Overall, your company leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately.
