On your desired device, does the sound bar show up as an available device?
Yes No1Turn off and unplug the sound bar.
2Power off or disable Bluetooth on ALL devices in the area (computers, TVs, phones, etc...).
3Ensure the sound bar is within 15ft. of the device you desire to connect.
4Plug the sound bar back in and power it on.
5Enable Bluetooth on the sound bar.
6 [BT] should appear followed by [READY] after a few seconds once the device is discoverable to other Bluetooth devices.
Does [BT] or [READY] appear in the sound bar display?
Yes No1Turn off and unplug the sound bar.
2Power off or disable Bluetooth on ALL devices in the area (computers, TVs, phones, etc...).
3Ensure the sound bar is within 15ft. of the device you desire to connect.
4Plug the sound bar back in and power it on.
5Enable Bluetooth on the sound bar and the device you wish to connect.
