The Service is available to LG product owners located in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and may not be available in all areas. Products used for commercial or industrial purposes, products that have been altered, neglected, refurbished, sold or purchased “as is,” or products where the serial plate has been removed, defaced, or made illegible may be ineligible. LG reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Prices are disclosed and due at booking and are subject to change. Taxes may apply.
Exact timing may vary by product but around 20-40 minutes per product can be expected. Yes, a person at least 18 years of age needs to be present for safety and liability reasons.
Customers may cancel 24 hours prior to technician dispatch without penalty. If a technician has been dispatched or has performed an initial on‑site visit, a visit charge may apply. No refunds are provided after the Service is completed.

The interior cleaning is not included in this service. Our refrigerator cleaning focuses on the exterior surfaces and the machine room area for optimal performance and hygiene.
Yes, for refrigerators, we recommend removing all food items before the service. During the cleaning, the refrigerator may need to be slightly moved, and removing food helps prevent any spills or damage to the contents inside. For washers, please make sure the washer is empty before the technician arrives. For dishwashers, please remove all dishes and utensils to allow proper cleaning access.
