Sensor dry helps detect moisture in your clothes during the dry cycle. This feature aids in the reduction of energy consumption and prevents possible damage to your clothes. If items are still damp after performing the sensor dry cycle, there are a few items you can check to resolve this issue.

Clean the Surface of the Sensor
Cleaning the sensor regularly will help avoid it being contaminated and to ensure optimal drying.

Adjust the Dry Level Option
The [Low] dry level, is for shirts to be dried to an optimal state for ironing. Increase the dry level for drier items coming out of the dryer.

Adjust the load size
If the load of laundry is too large: Not only will the drying time be longer, but it may not dry out to be soft and fluffy.
If the amount of laundry is too small: The dryer will automatically stop after about 10 minutes of operation in sensor dry cycle.
Sort the laundry by color/type to dry.
Separate thick and thin clothing to dry. -
Try the Time Dry Cycle
If drying mixed items together, some items can dry before other leaving other items damp.
Run the timed dry cycle for 30 minutes to see if drying performance increases.
