The shortfall is in expandable memory. Another shortfall is the forward facing camera. It sucks for taking selfies. But the battery lasts and lasts. I did get it from AT&T , so I had to delete alot of their apps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great companion to the LG phone. This was my first LG tablet. I have since upgraded to the 8 inch tablet, but I still occasionally use this. Because of its size it is the perfect shopping companion to the LG phone. I can use all of the apps that I would normally use on my phone and save the battery on my phone for talking. I scan barcodes for price checks. Take pictures to compare items. I take notes and send messages. Sometimes, I video chat, to make sure that I am getting the right thing. Yeah, sure you can do all of these thing on your phone. I used to, but sometimes my shopping sprees would come to a haunt once the battery started to run low. My favorite features of the tablet is the 4G capability. I used to use mobile hotspot to share my data with previous devices. This drains the phone battery. I don't have to do this anymore. My second favorite is the LG SmartWorld app. I can upload wallpaper, fonts, and themes. These are free and it is fun changing the look of the phone and the tablet. I gave this 4 out of 5 stars because, although after all this time, the tablet works and the battery life is still ok, it can't handle multiple actions. It freezes if too many apps are downloaded, even with an SD card added. It also doesn't multi task well. I find myself clearing the cache often. Sometimes I have to restart the tablet when it freezes. Overall it's a great little tablet.

Hello what can u do if the tablet is completely froze the touch screen will not work and turning it off wont work either?

Please hard reset the unit. The tablet must be switched off, so hold down the Power key for a couple of seconds. After that, press and hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a couple of seconds. When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the Power key, keep pressing the Volume Down and then press once more the Power button. You should releaee all buttons when the Factory Mode appears on the screen. Then press the Power key to continue the hard reset process or either of the Volume buttons to cancel. Afterwards use the Power key once more to confirm or one of the of the Volume buttons to quit. ^AC
