We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this tablet. It is suggested to press and hold the POWER button for about 10 seconds or until the device deactivates. If this does not resolve the matter, then the device may need to be run down to fully deactivate. While the device is OFF, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN key, and then press and hold the POWER/LOCK key, and hold both until the LG Logo appears on the display. Release both when the logo appears. Immediately press and hold the POWER/LOCK key and the VOLUME UP key and the VOLUME DOWN key all at the same time. Release all keys when the FACTORY HARD RESET screen is displayed. Press either of the VOLUME keys to move the cursor to YES, and then press the POWER/LOCK key to continue. Press either of the VOLUME keys to select YES a second time, and then press the POWER/LOCK key to confirm. The device will perform the hard reset. Please be aware that if this is done, all user applications, user data and DRM licenses will be deleted. This information is found on pages 9-10 of your User’s Guide.
