The following offer is intended only for legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, aged 18 or older ("Participant") and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States of America. By participating in the 2025 LG TV Review Reward Program (the "Program"), Participants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these terms and conditions ("Program Terms"), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Whether a Participant receives a Reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Participants who purchase an eligible LG TV model listed below at Table 1 (the “Eligible Model”) between November 6, 2025 12:00 AM EST and December 7, 2025 11:59 PM EST (the “Program Period”) and posts a review on https://bit.ly/LGTVReviewpost, may be eligible to claim a Mastercard® Virtual Card in an amount listed below at Table 1 (the “Reward”) subject to these Program Terms. All Eligible Models must be purchased during the Program Period. The purchase date is determined by the date printed on the sales receipt.

Following purchase and receipt of an Eligible Model, Participants must post a review at https://bit.ly/LGTVReviewpost between November 6, 2025 12:00 AM EST and December 20, 2025 11:59 PM EST (the “Review Period”). The review may take up to seven (7) days to appear on the LG.com product page.

The Participant must then submit a claim online to LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. by completing the Google Form found at bit.ly/LGTVReview with the following proofs of purchase (a “Claim”): 

1. Purchase details such as Participant’s name and e-mail address;

2. Legible copy of original, dated sales receipt of Eligible Model during the Program Period from LG Online Stores dated between November 6, 2025 and December 7, 2025

3. Screenshot of review posted on LG.com product page of Eligible Model. The review may take up to seven (7) days to appear on the LG.com product page.

Online Claim submissions must be received by December 27, 2025 11:59 PM EST. Omission of the sales receipt or other requested information may delay or stop the processing of this promotional offer.

Purchased merchandise must not be returned or else rebate will be subject to forfeiture. Duplicate submissions of official form or cash register receipt will not be accepted and all associated Claims may be deemed void. No group or organization requests will be honored. Requests for fulfillment to PO Boxes will not be accepted.

Employees, directors, and officers of Sponsor and any of its respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, licensees, successors and assigns, and any other company involved with this Program (collectively “Sponsor Entities”), and their immediate families (parents, children or siblings, whether or not the individual lives in the same household) and members of households (whether related or not) of each of the foregoing are not eligible to participate.   

Incomplete requests will not be honored. Promotional offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Online purchases from internet auction sites or purchases of refurbished or reconditioned merchandise are not eligible for this promotional offer. Decisions regarding eligibility to take part in this Program and receive a Reward in situations of combined offers are to be made in Sponsor’s sole discretion, whose decision is final and binding.   

Any additional expense incurred in connection with receipt or use of any Claim or Reward is the responsibility of the claiming Participant. All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the responsibility of claiming Participant. Reward may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute an alternate component of equal or greater value due to lack of availability.

LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her claims) who tampers with the claim submission process. Use of fictitious names or addresses could result in federal prosecution for U.S. mail fraud. Visa Prepaid cards are paid in U.S. funds.

Modifications and Termination of the Program:  

Sponsor reserves the right to modify any of the Program Terms set forth herein at any time, including, but not limited to, the duration of Promotional Period.

LG reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Program is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have destroyed or severely undermined, or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Program as contemplated herein.

The Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any Participant who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Program Terms or in violation of any federal, state or local laws, statutes or ordinances. In addition, Sponsor shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution or report to the relevant law enforcement authorities, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Program or utilized by the Participant, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network, cellular network, or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Website or any related online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, stolen, misdirected or postage-due requests or mail, computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SPONSOR, AND ITS RELATED COMPANIES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, SHAREHOLDERS, JOINT-VENTURERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PROGRAM AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, PARTICIPATING RETAILERS, ASSIGNS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM, RELATED TO, SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM OR REWARD, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REGISTERING, ENTERING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE REWARD, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO THE PROGRAM IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED. 

By participating in the Program, Participants agree (a) that the decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Program; (b) that Sponsor and Sponsor Entities have no liability or responsibility for and are hereby released from any liability or responsibility for any claims, demands, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from, related to, or sustained in connection with the Program or Reward; and (c) to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Sponsor Entities against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from or related to the Program or Reward.

THIS PROGRAM AND THE REWARD ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED. 

Each Participant expressly waives California Civil Code § 1542, or any other statue of similar import or effect, that otherwise may exclude unknown claims from this release, as follows: I acknowledge that I am familiar with the provisions of California Civil Code § 1542, which provides as follows: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."  

Participant, being aware of said code section, hereby expressly waive any rights Participant may have thereunder, as well as any other statue or common law principles of similar effect.   

As a condition of participating in this Program, each Participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, controversies and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Program, (or any Reward obtained through the Program) including all statutory claims and any state or federal claims, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or other civil suit and exclusively by arbitration under the International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. 

Arbitration will take place in Bergen County, New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Program, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any Participant be permitted to seek recovery for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to maintain other available resolution processes, such as a court action or administrative proceeding, to settle any dispute by seeking relief outside of arbitration or to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 

These Program Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Sponsor pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or other arrangements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Program Terms shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. 

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Program Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Program Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Program Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of Program Terms, or the rights and obligations of Participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey. LG reserves the right to change these Program Terms from time to time in its discretion and without notice. All Program Terms are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
