What were they thinking when designing this?
This remote is so expensive to replace. Its a cheap piece of plastic, that constanly has sticking issues especially with the scroll.

Form over function doesn't cut it.
It looks sleek, but is shaped in such a way that it easily falls off the arm of a chair, is difficult to grab, and the channel-change wheel has hair-trigger sensitivity when you pick up the remote, but exactly the opposite when you are actually trying to change channels.
Same thing for the accelerometer inside the remote - if you _don't_ want to activate the on-screen cursor, then the slightest touch will activate it anyway, but if you actually do want to activate the cursor you practically have to put the thing into a paint shaker.
Form is nice, but function should come first.
Does someone else make a compatible remote?

I was shipped a AN-MR700 instead of what I ordered because it was on backorder. I had to return for refund. I received a full refund.
