Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great TV for the price it's a great TV for the price, a very clear and vibrant picture, and the Magic Remote is great for navigating onscreen menus and things because it has a built-in screen pointer so you dont need a wireless mouse. I gave it only a 3 because it has the same issue that many big screens have, a hazy white area on black screens. So it's a backlight issue I guess.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I bought this TV June of 2017 and 1 year and a week the TV will not power on anymore. This TV does not get used much maybe a couple hours a week. LG will not fix stating it is out of warranty. Thank goodness I purchased this TV from Costco. They also reached out to LG with the same results LG states it is out of warranty by a week. So, Costco is going to fix the TV because Costco extends Mfg warranty on the TVs they sell by a year. Excellent Costco customer service will update next week after Costco sends technician to fix LG 65UH7650.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Picture!!!! I bought this TV a year ago and the picture is amazing. On Netflix-Planet Earth II (2017, 1 season) in 4K is spectacular. Netflix comes installed on the TV (Also Hulu and other streaming service available. My only compliant is that ESPN Watch App or NFL App are not available in the LGWeb Application Store. They do include MLB App. Great TV Overall.

We purchased this new LG a few months ago and he is so happy with the clarity of the picture and text. It is wonderful and we would highly recommend it to others as well as purchase again. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful TV This LG TV is extremely nice. It has great clarity, bright, crisp colors and is very easy to manage the remote control. I especially like the microphone the remote has so that when you are online you can just speak your search rather than having to type it in.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Life is not good for us We bought this TV July 2017. 4 months into the purchase it started to randomly shut off. Thought maybe it was a random occurrence. Finally it completely shut down and would not turn on at all. It was past the store purchase warranty so we could not return it. We contacted LG for warranty service after the holidays and a part was ordered then replaced on 2/6/18. On 2/15/18 the exact same problem started occurring again. Again another part needs to be ordered to "hopefully" rectify the issue. Paul at the service company has been very helpful. We wait hoping the fix is the one that solves the issue.

 In what location is my optical connection .  TV is mounted on wall and do not want to move no more than necessary , bought a sound bar and need to get installed .

Please go to > HOME > Settings > All Settings (3 Dot icon) > Picture > Picture Mode Settings > Picture Options and then LED Local Dimming > Turn Off then go to Picture > Picture Mode Settings > Picture Mode and select Game. ^AC
