Rated 2 out of 5 by from WIFI Does not work After we bought the TV and had it for about two years or so ( not sure exactly), Covid hit. As my wife and daughter were now unemployed, they wanted to take advantage of some online programming. That was when we found out the WIFI was not working. It was hard wired by cable and still is. Prior to that, under warranty, the motherboard failed and had to be replaced.

i have the LG smart 65 inch, I get the wifi set up but after several days it will not see the wifi again and I have to reset the TV and it last about 3 days. how do I get it to keep the wifi information in the system

How can I display content resolution information while using the Netflix app? For example, when using an HDMI input I can click the wheel mouse on the remote and an information box displays in the upper left corner. How can I see same info for Netflix?

The only way to see the resolution of what you are watching on Netflix would be prior to starting the content (HD, 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision, etc. would display on in the title information). There isn’t any way to get the resolution information once the content starts playing. ^AC

What size wall mount screws does it take?   M8x45 for example

The screws that will fit into the bolt holes in the back of the 65SJ8500 have a metric measurement which is given as M(?) x L(?) where "M" is the width of the screw and "L" is the length. The length will vary depending on the depth of the wall mount you're using. Typically, if the wall mount you're using is a VESA Compliant Wall Mount that supports the same A x B VESA Wall Mount Pattern for the TV, which is 300 x 300 (mm) for this TV, it should have come with the correct VESA Standard screws that would fit into the TV. The width of the screws that will fit into this TV is M6 (i.e. 6 mm). You can measure the length of the screws you currently have to determine what length you will need or you can check the instruction manual for your wall mount for that. Most hardware stores will carry these screws. ^CP

Does this model support Dolby Atmos? Will it be available in a software update?

The LG SUPER UHD 4K HDR Smart LED TV - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # 5SJ8500 does not have a built-in Dolby Atmos Decoder and it does not support Dolby Atmos. Regrettably, it cannot be upgraded to support Dolby Atmos through a firmware upgrade...^IFV

Bose wave music system linked with SJ8500 but sound has 0.5sec sync gap. How can it be solved?

Please try the below: Home > Settings > All Settings > Sound > AV Sync Adjustment Adjusts the synchronization of the sound from the speaker that is working. Moving closer to – speeds up the audio output, while moving closer to + slows down the audio output compared to video. If you select Bypass, Outputs the broadcast signals or the sound from external devices without any audio delay. The audio may be output before the video because of the time the TV takes to process the video input. ^AC

You specs say this TV is 110-220 voltage. I recently had to return my set, the label at the rear of tv said 120v only....... what is correct voltage rating??
