Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work Made in 2016. Now I got the red light blinking three times in 2019. 3 years and tv is done. I remember TV's lasting 20 years or more. Now I have Nothing. 65 inches of junk in my living room that I have no clue what to do with. I will never purchase LG product again. I will spread the word on facebook and Twitter. I will go to work and spread the word about LG. Please do not buy this because it is a manufacturer malfunction that they do not support and everyone has had the same problem. Thanks LG for taking my money. Crooks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG and Best Buy failed me! I purchased this tv December 2016. Within 35 days I had the red blinking light with no picture. Contacted Bestbuy and was told it was out of their 30 day warranty. LG would repair by replacing the mother board and another major component. I waited eleven months before having my tv repaired because it was brand new and it was more settling to me to have to unplug it for the picture to appear. Six months later my tv started blinking with no picture just audio. I called the repairman that LG had repair the first time and I was told my new parts and labor were only warranted 30 days. I recently contacted LG and the opened up na ticket for me and said I would hear back from them in 5 business days-that was 21 days ago. I still have not been contacted. $850 and the tv failed after 35 days! I will NEVER buy an LG product again!!!!

What motion remote can be used for this tv

If by "motion remote" you are referring to the LG Magic Remote, the LG 4K UHD Smart LED TV - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # 65UH5500 is not compatible with LG Magic Remotes...^IFV

Is there a way to make the LG Plus iPhone app turn on the tv?

Hello, since the TV is being operated via Wi-Fi and not an IR Blaster, the TV can not be turned on since the phone can not obtain connection prior to the TV being turned on. ^AC

Turns on but no picture seems to be recognized issue with this model. After troubleshooting still a problem. Cost/benefit is this worth fixing? Simple common fix or is it time to buy another?

Hello I bought the 65UH5500 model this November and the TV is great the only thing lacking are the apps themselves. I wanted to know is LG planning on expanding the app selection for this TV in the coming months?
