Within 19 months of purchase the TV developed a horizontal line that comes and goes'
It is most irritating. LG says that its a burn in issue. Theit is no burned in image and as previously stated the line comes and goes. I have an appeal in to LG for thir their "burn in" diagnosis. It has taken me 30+ days to get this far. Im appreciative that LG is looking at this because the TV is over 1 year old. I could have purchased a 1 year extended warranty but felt $250 was excessive. Couple that with the fact that previous flat screen LG' Samsung & Sony products have not had any issues.
So with a several thousand price tag I thought I was buying more tha a warranty. I thought I was buying the good reputation of LG.

Panel died after 2 years
Excellent image, 4K content looks amazing. Panel died after 2 years. Way too expensive of a TV to completely die that quickly. Buy from somewhere that gives extended warranty.

Great.....until burn in
We love the OLED picture quality however recently discovered image burn-in prevents us from a great rating.
