Items in the washer can be washed more thoroughly by selecting the wash cycle that best suits the type of items to be washed. Select the cycle from the list below to learn more about the specific cycle:

  • Cotton Normal

The COTTON/NORMAL cycle is the most frequently used washing cycle for clothing such as jeans, towels, shirts, sheets, and mixed loads. Use this cycle to wash all normal items, except delicate fabrics such as wool or silk.

The default wash/rinse temperature is Warm/Cold with the wash temperature being approximately 104°F. The approximate cycle time is 58 minutes, which will vary based on soil level, load size, and options selected. Each cycle defaults to a predetermined optimum soil level and spin speed. Not all cycle modifications and options are available on all cycles. Refer to the owner's manual for the Cycle Guide for the model in question.

  • Allergiene

The ALLERGIENE™ cycle uses the intense heat of steam to remove over 95% of common household allergens, like dust mites and pet dander.
