How to Claim the Additional Warranty:

1. Buy an eligible LG product between 1 May 2025 and December 31, 2025

2. To redeem the additional warranty, customer need to register their product at https://www.lg.com/my/support/product-support/product-registration/ before the promotion end date on 31 Dec 2025;

3. Follow all the steps mentioned in the link to complete the registration;

4. Once verification is completed by LGE, Eligible Customer warranty will be extended as per the Eligible Product Category:

a) Category TV : additional 1 Year General Warranty from purchase date*

*Applicable for General Warranty only excluding “Extend Warranty” Conditions

*Purchase date as indicated in original purchaser Invoice

Eg. TV General Warranty 2 years + Additional 1 Year Warranty from Purchase Date

How to register MyLG account

Visit lg.com/my, locate the menu in the top-left corner, and select 'Sign In / Join Us'.
Click 'Join Us' to register to proceed with LG account registration.

Fill in all required information and click 'Duplicate Check' to verify if your email is available and submit your required information.
Submit your required information and we will send you the activation link in email. Once verified, you've successfully become an LG member.

How to register product

Sign in to lg.com/my, and select 'Register a product'.
Click 'Let's start registration' to register your product.

Fill in all required information and click 'submit'. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.
Once registered, you can manage all your LG products and access warranty information through your LG account.
