I wouldnt recommend this product
poor cooling
i bought this on march 2020, after a month it's refrigirants leaks, then they repair it, afterwards its cooling capability was at 27 C only.. 2 affiliated technician always saying that there is no problem ln the aircon,.do they know what inside the unit? they only check the refrigirant.. all my appliances are LG brand but this one failed.. until now still looking for the solution.. LG pls help.

Weak cooling
I bought Last Nov 9, 2019. I've notice recently last March 2020 that a set temperature on the aircon way beyond to 5to 6 degrees of the room temperature.

maybe the size of the room can be affected to temperature detector. Also 5~6 degree discrepancy is quite big you'd better ask to LG service center. They are no.1 in global. For me I found out this dual inverter AC has very competitive energy use and brings high capacity on chilling the room tho
