This promotion (“Promotion”) is only valid at LG Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd (“LGE”)’s Service Center located at 991D Alexandra road #01-14 Singapore 119972 during the promotion period from 01 July 2023 to 30 September 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

• Employees and immediate family members of LGE are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

• This Promotion applies to all LGE product accessories with the exception of Aircon product related accessories.

• Promotional prices are subject to the prevailing GST (Goods and Services Tax) , unless otherwise stated.

• Customers will receive a discount of 15% off the regular price of the eligible product accessories. The discount does not apply to any additional fees, taxes, shipping costs, or other charges associated with the purchase.

• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. In the event where there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount or voucher, whichever he/she deems most appropriate.

• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

• The discount is limited to one use per customer during the Promotion Period.

• Product accessories purchased using the discount are subject to the standard return and exchange policy of LGE.

• If a product accessory purchased with the discount is returned or exchanged, the refund or exchange will be processed at the discounted price paid.

• LGE reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the promotion at anytime, without giving prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.

• LGE reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice.

• Promotional product accessories are subject to in-store stocks’ availability. Price of the products are subject to change without prior notice.

• The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and all customers shall be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.

• LGE reserves the right to disqualify any customer who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
