What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome little A/C!! I really don't understand why this model was discontinued. I bought my first one 6 years ago and have bought 5 more for family and friends since then. This tiny unit packs a PUNCH of cold air at very little cost! So sorry to see it discontinued. These small units are getting more difficult to find.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful upgrade. No coils to plug up! No regrets. Nice to have no coils to clean! Modern stylish bright LED with great icemaker. Seems to meet all of our needs in style. Measurements were perfect for our home.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't Last Very Long This was gifted to us, I know better than to buy a 5,000 BTU. But hoped the well known name-brand would assure a decent product. It stopped working after only several months. They won't honor the warranty because it was a gift & I don't have the receipt.

It's leaking in side the house:( what do I do!

Asked by: Laney
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this air conditioner. The water that collects from this unit runs according to gravity. As such, typically, any moisture should flow to the end which is lower. If the water runs inside, then the back of the air conditioner cabinet may be raised too high.

How do I empty the water out of my air conditioner

I am trying to figure out how to empty the water out of my air conditioner
Asked by: Resa
There is a plug on the bottom of your unit. Take out the plug and tilt the a/c just a bit to allow for draining. My husband actually drilled a couple of small holes on ours! works beautifully!

The air conditioner just started spitting water when it is turned on. Help please

Asked by: beckyp2602
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this air conditioner. Typically, something like this description will not occur unless the device is angled too far forward, and/or the humidity level is very high. Check to make sure there is a 5 degree decline between the front and back of the air conditioner for proper water flow.
