I have updated my machine and cannot locate the disc that was packaged with the unit. How do I download the drivers and software for the drive?
We regret the difficulty you have experienced with this drive. The majority of our drives are designed as Plug and Play devices. As such, once the drive has been installed in the computer, allow your Operating System to provide the drivers required to run the unit. We do not carry any replacement software installation discs. If you no longer have the disc, then the software, if desired, will have to be obtained from a 3rd party vendor. If the reader is not recognizing DVDs, it is recommended to check your System Settings to ensure that this drive was not set up with CD DRIVE drivers.
