Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is still my only phone (4 years later) Except for the Bluetooth crashing issue it is perfect. It's still the talking point of the dinner party. (Fixed the BT crash with an app). I even changed it to T-Mobile.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good phone I've had my phone for for 2 years now, but have had issues on and off with it. The 1st issues was about 2 weeks after I got it, my screen would get like black lines going through it. But I think I was the glass itself, because when I took a screen shot of it, it would show perfectly fine. I could also push buttons and it worked, just could see, had to wait a few minutes for it to clear up. Hasn't done it in a good while now. I then started having problems with it constantly rebooting for no reason, that started about a year ago. I still have that issue on and off, it would just freeze and reboot. It also overheats randomly, sometimes if I'm using i,t other times it could just be sitting there or on the charger. A couple months ago I started having battery issues. I think it's the charger port. I replace the battery because the other one wasn't holding a charge. I also got a new charger because it's moody on if it wants to charge or take hours to charge maybe half a battery. My power and down volume button are wearing out, and can sometimes take a screenshot when I want to. Other than that it's a pretty good phone. I love the performance I got out of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best phone I've ever owned!!! The only negative on this phone is the built in battery. Love love love the curve of this phone. The power button and the volume keys on the back of the phone make it much easier to use, and I love the super sleek clean look. I'm on my third phone in 2 years, and I would never get rid of this phone if I didn't have to. The battery lasts about a year then it just dies, and since the battery is built in the whole phone has to be replaced. The last replacement, I was upgraded to the G4, which is almost identical, but has a removable battery. Highly recommend this phone, and hope LG keeps putting out the curved phones.

My G Flex2 won't update to the latest android 5.1 that is available ota.  Other AT&T forums have stated that I need to clear the cache partition but the instructions to boot into recovery mode by holding the power and up volume button pushed does not work

What is the LG G FLEX 2 MEID #?

Each device has it's own unique IMEI/MEID number. The numbers would come off the device itself and can be found under settings>about. AT&T Mobility Care Team

Hi, I have purchased LG G Flex 2 AT&T H950. It is unlock version. The phone was delivered together unlock code and AT&T sim. I am using this phone outside US and it works good. Is there any chance to upgrade this phone to Lollipop 5.1.1 via OTA? Thanks.

Asked by: Van Nguyen
If it is an AT&T branded device, it will require that it has an active AT&T sim card installed and connected to the AT&T network. This allows the network to confirm the device model, search and find any updates and push out any that are available. AT&T Mobility Care Team
