What people are saying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TracFone dropping support ! My old LG L38C wouldn't boot one day, but I had bought an extra unactivated LG L38C just for such an emergency. However, when I called TracFone to have everything transferred over to the backup phone they said they couldn't activate it because it "only uses 3G and is obsolete". But they admitted that they are still supporting other, more primitive 3G phones, so I don't know what their issue is with this model. While it was supported and functional it was a decent phone. So, the 4 stars are for that, not for TracFone's lack of support. One quibble with the phone is that the On/Off switch is rather iffy. I generally need to jam a fingernail into the inset button to hold it down long enough for it to turn on or off. I suppose this is intentional to prevent me from accidentally hitting it, but a rubber cover like many phones use on their charging port would be a less annoying way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its All I Need!!! I needed convenient access to the internet without cords and special hook-ups. This device does the trick. I don't like lugging a laptop around everywhere.
