Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have had this phone since July of 2015. It is my second one in the three months, but I did use my mom's a lot before it. My first one could get an service and this one has worked PERFECTLY for me. This is a phone I would buy, if smartphones weren't around.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from UN280 Bought this early this year and already , the mic is malfunctioning. Why should a phone this new be malfunctioning already? Shoddy merchandise, in my opinion. Now I will have to replace all my info onto the replacement phone which will take time out of my work schedule. This is unacceptable. Any future phone will probably not be an LG phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ummm, try something else Sooo, I bought this phone on 4/22/15, brought it home, and first problem was when I tried to change the ringtone. I clicked on "Settings," then "Sound Settings," then "Ringtones," then "Incoming Call." I changed it from "U.S. Cellular" to "Vintage Telephone" and guess what? Nothing changed. I went to LG's website, told them the phone I was using and they told me to do exactly what I had done. I said that it didn't work. They said that what they told me was SUPPOSED to work. Ummm...ok. So, the manufacturer doesn't know how to operate the phone...great. Eeeeevidently you have to change Good times. 3 options: Keep the U.S. Cellular ringtone, take three hours to change ALL of your contacts (2 clicks, scroll down, 2 clicks, scroll down, 3 clicks, yep, I counted) OR choose another phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Locked Messages My Freedom II is only six months old and I am unable to delete some messages. I have turned it off, removed the battery and I am still unable to deleted messages I have sent or come in. I thought this would be a great phone with the built in keyboard so I could type my messages. This is not a dependable phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No control This cellphone is harder to use than my wife's smartphone. It drops calls repeatedly and nothing about it is intuitive. I've had alot of good LG products but this cellphone is definitely not one of them.
