Love the battery and stuff but a few weeks ago i woke up and was on the phone with someone and tried to use the speaker phone and realized iy wasnt working. So i checked where i had it sitting at no water nothing. So i checked the other sound couldnt hear vidios cant hear someone if i video chat no sound of any type other than in a call or if i hookup ear pieces . The ringer wont even work The only thing it does is vibrate but if u put it on sound it does nothing. So i went to us cellular where i got the phone they said i didnt havr a warrenty with them no more but i did still with lg. So i called lg. To makr a long story short the lg company expects me to send my phone in the one i pay for every month and use all the time so that they can look at it but dont wanna give me anything in return to use so i will be without a phone for as long as it takes them to fix it. So no i cant do that im not happy with this phone any more or this company. I used to think lg was a great phone but now i will definitely be switching to anotherbrand as soon as possible!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from don't buy LG until you check the warranty My new X power just completely died after 2 weeks still had the plastic rap on it after hours of going back and forth from the service carry who I purchased it from and LG LG said they only have one warranty plan for all there phones they will not replace any phones manufacturer's defect they only repair the phone So you ship it to them after they get it. it will take up to 2 weeks then the time to ship it back to you so I had to buy another phone or have no phone for a month because the sold me a defective phone
