Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great device, with minor concerns Son loves a device I like the interaction of the online app it's very easy to use sometimes with the best of connection The Hub takes a minute to load up and also to locate my son's watch one thing that they can improve on is the sounds are great but sometimes since kids are active they need a vibrate on their device that way they can feel instead of hearing the device that'll make a big difference cuz many times I call my son and he doesn't hear it cuz he's active in his playing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly made band Just as with others, the clasp broke within 3 months of owning the watch. It frustrates me when a product is made for young children and is not made to be durable. The other issue I have is that the app lags quite a bit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing watch!! I bought 2 watches for my boys 2 yrs ago and they absolutely love them, they are able to call me whenever they want. I set location alerts so I get an alert at a specific time when they arrive at school and if they happen to leave school any time during school hours I get an alert as well. They love to call or send me text messages during their lunch or if they need something from me. The battery life is amazing, my kids usually charge it every other day even though the watch has enough battery to last another day, but just to be on the safe side. 3 month ago I purchased 1 for my 5 yrs old and he loves it as well, it's a bit bulky but not too exaggerating. The only hiccup is the new update, not a real fan of it but it's just getting used to. Overall this is a great watch for kids who are too small for an expensive phone but with the security that they can contact you at any time in case of an emergency, which is why I got this for my kids.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cant use because it constanly dies Very good concept and was extremely excited for this especially since my son walks to and from school. But since purchased, I have had nothing but issues. The app has given me issues since the new update but hopefully those bugs get fixed asap. But thats not my biggest issues. The main thing I have issues with is battery life. It claims to be 8 days on standby but it wont even last one. Now, I bught this brand new for the first time in august of this year, 2018. first couple of weeks it was great. It would last on average about 2 days before I decided to charge it and even then it would have 40%. I felt that was fair. Then I started noticing that days between charges dwindled down. In hopes to fix this issue myself, I did what I do with my normal phones and that's to reduce background usages where I can. So I turned down brightness all the way, turned off any tap sounds and fun sounds, turned off step counter, turned off tap on feature to prevent accidental turning on of the watch, etc. I thought it helped enough to where it could last one day. But then it wasn't at all. not even a month after purchase, the watch was dying BEFORE school even ended, so in less than 6 hours, it would be completely dead. And while my son is at school he isn't using it. And the purpose of the watch is to call me when he arrives to school and on his way home. so when he couldn't even use it because it was dead, it had no purpose. I called Verizon and they exchanged it. Got the replacement watch and not even a week has gone by, same issues. I even kept the watch at home to make sure it wasn't my son playing on it..... which by the way, there really isn't anything he can do. and he can only text or call me so I know its not him. Anyways Even being on standby at home it died in less then 24 hours. Now I am in the hassle of trying to work with Verizon on what to do. I don't know if theres a problem with the actual watch but its so upsetting to have bought something that is a total waste of money! And on top of that, having a service I cant use because of the watch dying. LG needs to either send me a watch that works or something because this is ridiculous. I am not going to countinue to get replacements through my phone company if the actual issue is from the manufacture. Oh and don't tell me to contact you. I have.... MULTIPLE times. And I get no resolution. All I get is to be a beta tester or to do the steps I have already done. I need a fix NOW

Rated 1 out of 5 by from App update makes this useless We have been so happy with our Gizmo watch until this latest app update requiring me to consent to collecting all sorts of data in order to use it. Because that is something I will not consent to, I am now unable to change caregiver contacts, send messages, receive messages, check location, etc... This is not acceptable.
