It's not getting cooking food (hot).how do I adjust the power control Level
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this microwave oven. The default setting on this device is a Power Level of 10, which is this highest heat setting. If this unit is not heating properly, then it may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

Do you have to push the "Stop/Clear" button 1st...
Instructions state 1st step in most processes is to hit the "Stop/Clear" button, then the cook, time, power etc. This seems to be an extra step i don't want; can that be skipped like other brands ?
This has not been an issue with me. The only time is if you leave time on the clock due to interrupted cooking.

I've been told that countertop microwave Model LCRT1513SB (black) is not yet available but will be released to retailers soon. When?
I have Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowe's and Sears in my area. None of them have this microwave oven in black, I think Best Buy can get it in stainless steel. My kitchen is black, so I'm holding out for the black one. When will it be available to merchants in my city (Colorado Springs CO)? Can I obtain it directly from LG? Thank you! Again, model LCRT1513SB.
As much as I am glad to help, there is some information I should let you know so you could understand a bit more how LG products are sold. Since we do not sell the products directly, I do not have information to fully help out locate products I am afraid. LG only manufactures the units and offers support for the products. Our products and accessories for the products are only sold through certified dealers such as Best Buy, Radio Shack, Sears, Home Depot, Sixth Avenue, etc...
I would also like to let you know that LG Electronics does not actually sell directly to any of these retailers. Retailers purchase our products from various distributors; LG has no control over retailer’s inventory. If the dealer does not have the unit available for shipping at this time, I unfortunately do not have a way of finding out when it may be delivered since the dealers order their units through their regional sales representatives which would be a contact of their own, not from LG unfortunately.
Then again dealers can as well special order a unit for you through our New Jersey's sales office which they would have to call in to themselves after you ask for a unit which off course must still be in production. I do apologize very much for the inconvenience.
