We regret the trouble you have experienced with this microwave oven. An over the range product should never be run while sitting on the counter. This will hinder proper operations. It should be properly installed according to the installation instructions.

suddenly today the display is not working. no control is working. inside light comes on. what could be the problem. fuse is fine. checked.
