Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweat proof? Sign me up! I’ve had the headphones for almost a year now. Love the fact that they’re sweat proof, especially in my line of work! ( only drawback is that the retractable earbuds cord seems to work when it wants to)

My microwave is rotating but not heating I there a heating element that can be replaced?

Asked by: Babz923
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this microwave oven. If the microwave oven is not heating, and all else seems properly functional, then it may be that the heating element / magnetron, or perhaps another related component, is inoperative and will need service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

Why won't the night light work any longer?

I had a bulb burn out under the microwave, replaced it, and now the night light function no longer works. Help?
Asked by: JamieM
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this microwave oven. If the bulb has been replaced, and it is known to work properly, and the light still does not work, then there may be a problem with the light fixture. The unit will likely require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

Is there a filter inside? There is a terrible smokey smell coming from bottom of microwave.

Is there an internal filter that maybe needs changing, and if so how do I get to it? The smell is like rancid grease or stale smoke, so I would like to know how to clean it. The Model s LMV2015ST over the oven and it is vented to outside. Thanks,
Asked by: Kllumbraz
To remove the grease filter, slide the filter to the back. Pull the filter downward. The filter will drop out. Soak the grease filter in hot water and a mild detergent. Scrub and swish to remove embedded dirt and grease. Rinse well and shake to dry. Do not clean filter with ammonia or corrosive cleaning agents such as lye-based oven cleaners. Do not place them in a dishwasher. The filter will turn black or could be damaged. To reinstall the filter, slide it into the back slot, then push up to lock.

light and vent fan stays on when door closed

Vent starts running when door is closed. Will stay on until I unplug it or open door. Nothing hot underneath microwave and vent has stayed on past automatic cool down. It will run all day unless you open the door or unplug it. Is it a heat sensor problem that triggers the vent fan to stay on?
Asked by: johnran
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this microwave oven. It is unknown what might be causing this vent fan to remain active. The unit will likely require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

Microwave actually powering on

I have this microwave (LMV2015SW) used it to make a quick dinner all worked fine. 2 hours later went to make popcorn, pushed popcorn button and all went as if it was going to start, showed time and countdown continued, however, the actual power would not kick in to turn unit on. Clock worked, countdown of seconds continued, but would not power on, tried other cooking minutes, etc for other items and same thing happened. What could cause this?
Asked by: Suefish
Had the same problem. The sensor cook feature circuit board has probably failed. Hope your is still under warrenty.

I overheated my lmv2015st and it is now completely dead. Is there a RESET? Where?

Asked by: Danisthisajoke
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this microwave oven. The unit is not designed with any form of reset other than unplugging the unit for about 45 seconds and then reconnecting it. If that does not resolve the matter, then the unit will likely require service.
