We just bought a house that has this stove. The cook top warming element is not lit up like the other 4 elements do. Also there is nothing in the online literature that indicates the temperature for the 5 settings. Any information is appreciated, thank you.
The warming zone element on the cooktop of the LG 5.6 cu.ft. Freestanding Electric Range, Model # LRE30755ST has an indicator light that should flash when the ON/OFF at the warming zone control position is pressed. If no further pads are pressed within 10 seconds the display will disappear. The controls for the warming zone allow for 5 different heat settings : Lo~Hi.
The only actual temperatures given are for the oven section. On the cooktop, the settings do not have designated temperatures but there are suggestions for the different settings:
LO - Breads, Pastries, Casseroles, Gravies and Eggs.
2 - 4 - Dinner Plate with Food, Soups (Cream), Vegetables, Sauces, Stews, Meats.
Hi - Fried Foods, Soups (Liquid), and Hot Beverages.
You may find it helpful to visit the LG site [http://www.lg.com/us/ranges-ovens/lg-LRE30755ST-electric-range] and download a PDF copy of the owner's manual from the support page for this unit...^IFV
