Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Poor Knobs Overall, I like this product, but am extremely tired of having to replace the knobs because the back side which is made of plastic breaks. I have gone through at least two sets of knobs, and will have to consider another brand when I look to replace this and other appliances.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap knobs are a hazard We have this stove in our house, bought by previous owners. The knobs are garbage as mentioned by other reviewers. The plastic connectors to the range are cracking, which makes it confusing as to whether the burner is actually off. This makes such burners hazardous to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive one with Cheap Parts and worst design! 1) As everybody knows knobs are so cheap on this one! Don't read the good reviews on this product, just ask those guys how knobs are performing after 3 months! You will have the answer - Worst design ever. 2) The gas stove cooking top grill height is seriously more! It takes me an hour to make tea just because the flame is not reaching cooking vessel ! Ah, that's really a worst design ever, and even increases gas consumption. I am completely fed up and going to consumer court for this on behalf of all the suffering customers ( when you type - "lg stove" in Google what comes up is - "lg stove knobs", now you can have the idea how widespread this flaw is)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from knobs for such a high tech stove, your knobs are pitiful. they are plastic inside and break very easily. no other stove has ever had this problem for me. we have replaced knobs a lot due to this very bad flaw and they are not cheap. fix it to be more durable and you would have a fine product.

lg lrg30357st - Panel stopped working

while cooking something on the stove top this evening, the panel on our range went black. The light still comes on in the oven so it' not a power supply issue. I have no idea what to do with it but I can't use the oven to cook now. Please advise.

Where can I get replacemnt knobs for LRG30357ST?

The knobs are so loose that you cannot shot off the gas to the burner. These were very poor quality. We now have 4 of 5 knobs failing on a 5 year old range.

How does higher BTU for oven/broiler affect performance

We are buying a new LG range. We are between two ranges - the LRG3091ST and the LRG3093ST. There are small differences in the BTUs of the burners, but we noticed the BTUs for the lesser model are 14,500 for the over and 13,500 for the broiler while the BTUs on the higher priced model are 15,500 for the broiler and 18,000 for the baking. How will this effect my cooking --- what differences will I encounter - will there be big differences in the way the food is broiled/baked, etc. Any information will be of assisance. Thank you.

Touch the SELF CLEAN pad on the control panel. Using the number pads, enter the desired clean time, if a time other than 4 hours is needed. The clean cycle time is normally 4 hours. You can change the clean time to any time between 3 hours and 5 hours, depending on how dirty your oven is. Finally, touch the START pad. The door locks automatically. The display will show the cleaning time remaining. It will not be possible to open the oven door until the temperature drops below the lock temperature and the LOCKED DOOR light goes off. The oven will shut off automatically when the clean cycle is complete. When the LOCKED DOOR light is off, the door will unlock automatically. The words LOCK DOOR will flash and the oven control will signal if you set the clean cycle and forget to close the oven door. To stop a clean cycle, touch the CLEAR/OFF pad. When the LOCKED DOOR light goes off, indicating the oven has cooled below the locking temperature, open the door. Additional instructions can be found on pages 33 and 34 of your owner’s manual.

I was clean top of stove and oven lock turned on in error

I do not want to clean the oven but I want not release the oven lock. Can you help me release the oven lock?
Asked by: Redmon
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. Typically, the oven door will lock only when the internal temperature has not dropped below the Locking Temperature. Touch the CLEAR/OFF button and allow the oven to cool. If this does not resolve the matter, then the range may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at

the panel of my oven is not working had a "FO" flashing what that mean

Asked by: ivelisse
If you have a “F0” code, this is a function error. Touch the CLEAR/OFF pad, and allow the oven to cool for one hour. Place the unit back into operation. If the function code repeats itself, then disconnect all power from the range for 5 minutes, then reconnect the power. If the function error code repeats again, then the unit may require service. The “F0” code indicates a Key Input Failure.
