I mean it still works just the sound gets really low now during parts of shows and comes back... apps half azz work... and have trouble getting blue ray to play.. but it will with a couple of try’s.. that’s been a problem since I bought it lol... other then that been good.. now can someone point me in direction of buying just the DVD player? Or maybe see about getting this one fixed on sound part

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Value If you downsized as I have from a large home with a dedicated room for a home theater to a townhouse then this HTS is the perfect mate for your big screen. In my case that is a the LG PB606650. This system fills my 16 *17 living room with crisp bright sound and was a snap to setup. I wall mounted the speakers using universal mounts and set the levels using the simple yet adequate on screen menu option. The system handles movies and music more than admirably. I tested several other HTS before deciding on the BH6830SW and found nothing that performed like it does.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Explore your optioins over this one LG is one of my top favorite brands when talking about electronics. I have always found there products to be of great quality and use. However this product has aggravated me many, many days. I constantly have problems with the system freezing up when playing blu ray disc or DVD and have to unplug power source and start over and I mainly use it for internet streaming tv. Netflix works well but Huluplus always has streaming problems on it. sound is great and I believe it offers a lot, but I am disappointed at the complications I deal with. Especially from a high end product.

How do i connect the wires

According to page 13 of the owner's manual, to connect the wires match each wire’s colored band to the same colored connection terminal on the rear of the unit. To connect the cable to the unit, press each plastic finger pad to open the connection terminal. Insert the wire and release the finger pad.

How can I set up theater system without the lg DVD player?

Please pardon us if we are misunderstanding your inquiry, we would need some clarification if we have misunderstood it. The main unit that has all the amplifiers and the speaker connections for the LG 3D-Capable Blu-Ray Disc™ Home Theater System with Smart TV, Model # BH6830SW is the part with the Blu-Ray player and without that main unit, you cannot set this unit up...^IFV

I love this home theater and want to know why did u discontinued it? U didnt make more apps for it. the only usefull aps are Netflix and Youtube and thats all. Dont forget your products and customers.

My home theater system AudioBH6830SW all of a sudden has scratchy sound coming out of all speakers.  Nothing new is added in our house.  I checked all wires.
