In the shop
I was happy until about 6 weeks ago when the sound began to lag behind the lips. After 2 calls to LG and all efforts to remedy exhausted, I have brought it in to an electronics repair shop. Since it was over a year old, and past LG's warranty, I had no other recourse. The shop has still not been able to diagnose and remedy after 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed that LG's best soundbar at the time, is experiencing this issue in less than 2 years.

Turns off for no reason
It connects to my Tab just fine but shuts off after just 1 minute… Customer service not able to help

Bought and the rear speaker never worked properly. LG does not provide home service.
