Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Projector... I was pleasantly surprised on how good the picture quality of this projector was when I first hooked it up and turned it on. Even at the 100 inch diagonal screen size, the picture was awesome!!! Plenty of adjustments are available on the remote so you can adjust the image quality to your liking. Fan is a little (and I mean a little) loud, but is drowned out by the sound of what you are watching. I am very pleased with this little guy and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a compact and portable projector.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use I bought this for work last month while on the road. I wanted to get a smaller device that was more portable and could be carried in my check baggage on an airline without taking up too much space. The PH550 met that requirement. I have been able to use it a couple of times now and it works well. The only weakness is one that I knew about in advance. That is the low lumens output. However, for the price this projector works quite well. I just have to turn out some lights or close shades.

How many mAh is the battery? Power supply is 60 watts, correct?

Asked by: Ruwan
Regrettably, the information for the mAh for the built-in battery in the LG Minibeam LED Projector with Built-In Battery, Bluetooth Sound Out and Screen Share, Model # PH550 is not divulged. The supplied AC/DC Adaptor has an AC Voltage input of 100~240V @ 50/60 Hz and outputs a DC Voltage of 19.0 V, 2.53 A which would be a wattage of 48.07 W...^IFV

How do I get the projector to connect to me tablet and phone

Asked by: DaRealYungBoy
On the PH550, go to SETTINGS → WIRELESS → Search Device to search for nearby Bluetooth audio devices and then connect any detected devices to the projector. (If the device name is longer than 20 characters, no more than 20 will be displayed.) Please see page 51 in the manual. ^AC

What is the lumens in ph550? I have many movies in blu-ray 1080p... Is it support 1080p? Can I connect external hard disk?

Asked by: Ujji
The lumens represent the quantity of light that the projector can display. 550 is highly insufficient for rooms that have even a little light. 1080p means 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) resolution for movies. Since the projector is 1280 x 720 (HD ready) you won't actually be able to enjoy the movies at their full quality. As far as external hard drives go, 500mA power is actually not enough for most external hard drives to even turn on. To anyone reading this, I suggest researching a bit on resolution and lumens before making a final decision on a specific projector.

How can I find out how much charge the battery has on this projector? I know that there is an on screen message when the battery is low, but how do I find out if the battery is at 50% or 75% or 90% charge?

Asked by: MarkKap
Per the manual, there is a Battery Indicator on the screen when browsing for videos, music, or content that displays the remaining battery life. Page 62 in the manual shows this feature. ^AC
