What people are saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still one of the best. Still one of the best. I was just looking out there for what is new. I still love this one after 3 years with it. I also like the built in speakers, even thou I don't use them all the time. I mostly use the screen for Photoshop and University work. Things that improve life, this 34um95-P does!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from i do not have the operator's manual in my box. I haven't really been able to set this up since there is no operator's manual in the box. Sorry-It's been quite the bummer. I've tried to look up YouTube videos but there is no specific example of one to set up with my Dell Laptop XPS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Above and Beyond I am in love with monitor. I use it for both my laptop and ps4pro and have never experienced and screen tearing playing games off of both. When I use it for work its amazing to be able to see everything. You can easily have 3 apps open and still see them all well. The speakers work extremely well and I almost prefer them over my expensive sound bar. The menu is also easily navigated and takers seconds to change between displays. A+

Will this monitor connect and display nicely from a macbook pro retina?

Asked by: s2cK
It works well with my rMBP connected with an HDMI Cable but the Refresh Rate is 50 and not 60.  I don't see any difference.  Image is better than the Apple Thunderbolt Monitor that it replaced.

The difference between the 34UM95-P and 34UM95C-P?

I'm looking at the 34UM95-P and noticed that there is a new 34UM95C ("C") version. I can't tell from the spec sheet what is different in the new model other than apparently USB3.0 ports and the high contrast ratio (and how is this done). In particular does the "C" version support 10-bit color depth (not specified that I could find)? How is the 5M:1 contrast achieved (dimming the LEDs?)? Regards, Karl Guttag

The C I believe has more ports, like Thunderbolt/Displayport, I believe.

Can the PlayStation 4 work on this?

Asked by: RedBullGuy
Well yes it has a HDMI port so you could plug a ps4 into it but PS4 doesn't support 21:9 (as far as I'm aware) or resolutions above 1080p so if you only want it for PS4 you're better off saving some money and just buying a 27" 1920x1080 screen.

I have a problem with getting the audio through the monitor when connected to me macbook via thunderbolt and audio cable.  Whatever configuration i come up with no audio come out of the monitor.

Asked by: Dancio

If the only difference between the two monitors is that the 34UM95C doesn't have a Thunderbolt port, then why is the newer model more expensive. Generally seen to be 100 Euro more. Shouldn't it be cheaper because it has one feature less? Regards, Alex R.
