Please answer a few simple questions to determine if service is needed.


  1. Is the unit securely plugged-in to an electrical outlet? Yes No
  2. Plug the unit securely into an electrical outlet.

  3. Does the LED on the front of the unit light up? Yes No
    • Try to plug the unit into a different electrical outlet.
    • If the issue persists, Schedule a Repair.
  4. When you press the Power button, does the unit turn on? Yes No
    • Check the batteries on the remote, then press the Power button.
    • Check the Power button on the unit.
    • If the issue persists, Schedule a Repair.
  5. Congratulations, your unit has power!
