How do I create a MyLG Account?
To create an account, go to the MyLG Account login page and click “Sign Up Now.” Fill out the required information and click “Sign Up.” You will receive an email with a confirmation link to follow.

I've purchased and registered other LG products. How do I access those registrations?
LG introduced the MyLG Account owner portal in July 2012 to give our customers the ability to manage information about all of their LG products in one central location. Any products registered with LG since 2010 will appear in the “My Products” section. Products registered prior to that time will not appear and may be added. Click on your initials on the top right of the page and select “My LG.” You may add all of your LG products in the “My Products” section by clicking “Register a Product.”

I made a mistake typing in my registration. How do I correct it?
At this time, we do not offer the ability to change or edit your product registration information. This may become a future enhancement. In the meantime, if you no longer own a product listed, entered anything incorrectly or would like to change your information on file, click on the "Deactivate" link in the top right-hand corner of the product area within the “My Products” section. This will gray out the product but keep it in your listing for future reference.

How do I change the password on my account?
You can change your password in the profile section of your MyLG Account. Click on your initials on the top right of the page and select “My LG.” Next to “My Profile” click “View Details” and then “Edit My Profile.” To change your password, simply enter your old password where indicated, and enter the new one. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming the password change.
If you forgot your password, go to the MyLG Account login page and click the “Forgot Password?” link, enter your account email and click “Submit.” A link to change your password will be sent to your email address.

I did not receive my confirmation email from LG
If you don't receive an email confirmation the same day your register, please check your spam folder. You can add LG Electronics USA (lg_electronicsusa@lge.com) to your address book to ensure delivery of emails to your inbox. Also, review your subscription preferences in the Profile section of your MyLG Account.

How do I unsubscribe from future LG email Communications?
If you are actively receiving LG emails and no longer wish to receive them, please unsubscribe from the email you received by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email and take yourself off of LG's mailing list.

How Do I Edit MyLG Account Contact Information?
You can change your contact information in the in the profile section of your MyLG Account. Click on your initials on the top right of the page and select “My LG.” Next to “My Profile” click “View Details” and then “Edit My Profile.” To change your information, simply enter your password where indicated, updated your contact information and click “Save.”

You can delete your account from the profile section of your MyLG Account. Click on your initials on the top right of the page and select “My LG.” Next to “My Profile” click “View Details” and then “Edit My Profile.” Enter your password where indicated and then scroll to the bottom of the page click on “Delete My LG.”
