  • Troubleshooting

At a Glance

LG TVs offer premium apps like Disney+, Sling TV, HBO Max, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video and many others. You can find out more about available apps in the LG Content Store. The following troubleshooting steps can help resolve issues with apps crashing, freezing, not opening, or giving error messages.

Important

In order to use the apps on your TV, it needs to be connected to the internet and the User Agreements must be accepted.

Try This

  1. Test your Internet Connection

Launch a different app on your LG TV, then on a different device (smartphone, laptop, etc.) to confirm the connection is functioning properly

    Note

If the apps do not work on the TV but function properly on other devices, please visit our LG TV - Troubleshooting Your TV's Internet Connection article for further assistance.
