LG Washer - How to Move a Twin Front Load Washing Machine

Product installation and disassembly should be done by a professional LG Electronics service technician. The installation and disassembly methods shown below are simply information designed to help customers understand the process.

1. The product must be moved by a group of two. When using a cart, be sure to lay a heavy floor protection mat to protect the floor.

2. Initially, move the product only to the front of the final installation site.

3. Check if the 4 legs of the front load washing machine are completely locked.  (If not completely locked, it cannot be assembled to the Mini Washer.)

4. Prepare the Mini Washer in the space where it will be installed, and place the front load washing machine on top of the Mini Washer.

5. In order to assemble the front load washing machine to the Mini Washer, securely fasten the 4 screws in each corner, a total of 16 screws.

Warning!

If the screws are not fastened correctly, vibration and noise that will not be obvious during installation may occur during machine use, which may cause accidents and safety breaches such as product overturning.
Therefore, the screws must be fastened securely.

6. Connecting a water supply hose

Connect the cold water hose of the front load washing machine to the COLD faucet correctly.

7. Connecting a drain hose
Install the provided drain hose to face up.
Be sure to fasten the clamp at the end.
Connect the drain hose of the front load washing machine and the Mini Washer to the provided drain connector.

8. Leveling
Level the product using a level and leg stoppers as necessary. (Use a jig for leveling)
Level the product and attach a non-slip sheet at the bottom of the 2 front legs.
Level the product by loosening the bottom legs in the direction of vibration increased when pushing the front left and right sides diagonally in the spin mode.

Use a non-slip stopper or tape if the floor is slippery.
