Use ezDispense to conveniently add detergent and fabric softener. ezDispense automatically dispenses the correct amount of liquid detergent and fabric softener after sensing the laundry weight.
It can store enough detergent and fabric softener for about a month's worth of laundry. Manual dispensing is also available for various detergent types.
The washer detects the remaining amount of detergent/fabric softener in the storage tank and notifies you when it needs refilling.

Adding Detergent and Fabric Softener
→ Add detergent and fabric softener to their respective compartments in the dispenser drawer.
If you accidentally switch the detergent and fabric softener, the fabric softener will be dispensed during the wash cycle, resulting in no suds. Empty the detergent dispenser completely, clean it thoroughly, and refill it.
Do not add powdered detergent, ultra-concentrated detergent, or gel-type detergent/fabric softener to the dispenser tanks. Clumped or solidified detergent and fabric softener should also not be added as they may not dispense properly. Add dryer sheets directly to the drum.
Close the dispenser drawer completely after adding detergent. If not closed completely, an "Opn" notification will appear and the washer will not operate.
Setting Detergent and Fabric Softener Dosage
→ You can set the amount of detergent/fabric softener dispensed automatically.
Press the Power button and turn the dial to select the desired cycle.
Press the Detergent or Fabric Softener button to set the dosage. You can adjust the dosage in three levels.
Adding Detergent Manually
→ If you are not using the automatic dispenser, add detergent and fabric softener to the manual detergent and fabric softener compartments.
To dispense manually, turn off the detergent/fabric softener dosage setting LED. The dosage setting is saved per cycle, so if you set it to manual, the selected cycle will remain on the manual setting.
