    Rated 1 out of 5 by from So frustrating i hate it All i want to do is change screen brightness, set down remote, and up pops all variety of menus i didn’t select bc the pointer that got activated selected it for me. I have no idea how to turn off those variety of menus to double down on the frustration. Im usually using this in a dark room so have to turn on a light to find whatever menu selection to close it. I hate this remote so much. Simply setting it down brings up a pointer that selects random menus etc. such a terrible design. I have to buy another remote but doubt it’s going to be an effective replacement due to nuance. Such a horrible concept for something you have to use daily and have no way to turn out of permanently.

No one with Parkinson’s or other disability where their hand may be unsteady will be able to use this remote Another example of the disconnect between product and consumers. TV pic is amazing. Huge, huge disconnect between product and consumer.

    Hello - I am looking for a AN-MR600 replacement for LG 65UH9500 TV. The original remote has ceased to function and 2 other LG Magic remotes(AN-MR19BA & AN-MR20GA) I purchased as replacements do not provide the original capability. Please advice!

    The LG 1080p Smart LED TV - 55'' Class (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55LF6300-UA is compatible with the LG Magic Remote Part # AGF77840201, but since that remote is no longer available, you can use Part # AKB75455602 instead which is comparable to the original LG Magic Remote that came with the TV.     Model # 55EG910ST is not a TV model that was released in the U.S., but it is the equivalent model to the LG Curved OLED 1080p Smart TV - 55'' Class (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55EG9100 that was released in the U.S. Both TVs are 2016 models that used the LG Magic Remote Control with Voice Mate™ for Select 2015 Smart TVs, Model # AN-MR600. Regrettably, we only have information for where it can be purchased in the U.S. and do not have information for Saudi Arabia.     Purchase an-mr600 remote and it will not pair. Says only specific remote can be paired.
