So frustrating i hate it
All i want to do is change screen brightness, set down remote, and up pops all variety of menus i didn’t select bc the pointer that got activated selected it for me. I have no idea how to turn off those variety of menus to double down on the frustration. Im usually using this in a dark room so have to turn on a light to find whatever menu selection to close it. I hate this remote so much. Simply setting it down brings up a pointer that selects random menus etc. such a terrible design. I have to buy another remote but doubt it’s going to be an effective replacement due to nuance.
Such a horrible concept for something you have to use daily and have no way to turn out of permanently.

Nothing Magic about “Magic Remote”
Quality TV. Worst remote ‘navigation’ control. No one with Parkinson’s or other disability where their hand may be unsteady will be able to use this remote Another example of the disconnect between product and consumers. TV pic is amazing. Huge, huge disconnect between product and consumer.

Bad experience!
the remote control an-mr600 of my LG smart tv is not working after one year of using it. Now it's discontinued..the TV is useless! so we need a solution such as new remote that can replace this one!
