What people are saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have it for over 6 years. Still running strong. When I bought this TV, I was still single. Now I am a dad of two kids. Picture is still great. Still have fun with the kids watching 3D movies on it. Too bad 3D is slowing dying. This TV lasted longer the whole 3D TV thing. Remarkable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Over 6 Years and still Amazing! I have owned this TV for 6 years as of today and it still works amazing. Since this purchase I have only purchased LG tv's, I just purchased a 70 inch LG 4K tv today. This tv has been on 12 hours or more a day for 6 years. This TV was originally in my living room for 4 years and then was moved to our bedroom when I purchased a 60 inch LG 4K tv. This tv has been left on for weeks on end and has no issues. Not one dead pixel. Now the 60 inch is coming to the bed room and the original 47 inch is going to my son. I wonder how long this amazing tv will last.

Where do I connect audio headphones? There doesn't seem to be a RCA audio line out. I'm trying to connect Clarity TL 100 headphones

We appreciate your interest in this television. The only way to get audio from the television to an external device would be via an optical connection.

On my 47lm4600; I gained access to the service menu and realized there are a few options that have been "turned off." But no trumotion feature? No default/toggle option or value to set.The tv does not resemble other 120hz tv or a trumotion tv.

Asked by: bmxmouse
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this television and its features. Some models of 120Hz TVs were designed with the TruMotion function set to LOW by default, with no option to adjust it. This LCD/LED panel has been designed to support a 120Hz refresh rate. Unfortunately, as we are not technicians, it will not be possible to provide any assistance with the service menu, as this should only be accessed by a qualified service technician. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.
