Rated 3 out of 5 by from Enjoy picture quality until burn-in effect show up Yes , it was very impressive picture quality to defeat all competition. That resulted more watching of tv!!!!!!!! Beware it resulted in burn-in at channel logo area on tv. LG also did not aware the time frame when the burn in will show up. This is like experiment on customer (as tesla doing on drivers!!!) and LG should support customer by providing necessary service without any charge for such a highly priced product.

Can the LG 55EF9500 run Wireless Headphones? If so, do they need to be RF, Bluetooth or something else? Any recommended Brands and/or Models of wireless headphones that are proven to work with the LG 55EF9500?

I am looking for a wall tv mount that has a 180 degrees turn. What do you recommend?

The LG OLED 4K Smart TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55EF9500 has an unusual A x B x C VESA Wall Mount Pattern of 200 x 330 x 120 (mm) and the LG Wall Mount Bracket, Model # OTW150 was specifically designed to accommodate this particular Wall Mount Pattern. Regrettably, we are not aware of any VESA Compatible Wall Mounts that will accommodate that pattern other than the LG Wall Mount Bracket. Some Wall Mount manufacturers like Sanus, will have a field on their sites that you can enter the TV's model number to find a compatible wall mount for the TV...^IFV

Sign out first, then uninstall it. Turn the TV off and back on. Go to the content store and reinstall the app, sign back in.

How do I allow digital 5.1 out via ARC from the apps? For example, all of the netflix shows with 5.1 dolby digital only comes out as 2 channel stereo. Can I get the TV enabled for AC3?

I have the same issue. I don't think this TV outputs 5.1 which is really strange. Best bet is to get a 5.1 receiver.
