I had a ton of town a little bit. Still tweaking it. What a difference between my old 10-year-old LED TV. LG I think you're knocking it out of the park.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Under 2 years and display has 2 inch line After having be spoiled by high quality of Pioneer plasmas, I had an eye on the OLED LG C9. Well, fast forward to 2023, my not so old LG C9 has developed a 2 inch flickering line going from top to bottom in the middle of the screen. Not sure why it developed, but it’s been handing on the wall in my bedroom and only used in the evening. I called warranty and one guy said since it’s under 4 years, LG will pay for panel as long as I pay for service call. Someone was supposed to call me. Nobody called. So I called back and new agent said the previous agent was wrong and my TV is not under warranty and there is nothing they can do but to recommend local LG service providers. I would have to pay for it. This is an absolute joke. To pay for top of the line OLED only to have its screen go bad in under 2 years, so a have to pay for another one. Sounds pre-planned. Very NOT happy!!! This camera after brand new LG washing tower started making the noise and LG warranty guy states that is normal. None of my previous old and boring machines made that sound when drying. Thousands of people agree online. Bottom line if LG does not step up and fixes this, I am done with LG. LIFE is NOT that GOOD with such a terrible product quality.

I purchased a LG OLED65C9PUA almost 3 years ago. My family loved the color quality and technology that came with it. My problem is now over the last month or so its developed a large green patch in the middle of the screen. Any ideas??

Is it possible to get C9 77in base screws? I’ve had my TV mounted but I recently moved and don’t want to mount it. I have my base and lost the screws after moving twice.

Yes of course it is possible to get the screws for attaching the base for the LG C9 77-inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (76.7'' Diag), Model # OLED77C9PUB. The screws are M4 x L12 PhilipsPan Head Machine Screws that you can find at your local hardware store or at Home Improvement stores like LOWEs.
