There is a learning curve associated with getting the most from this product but the journey is worth it. The picture is simply stunning and this is from OTA sources! I was also pleased to find an ARC output included on the connection palette that facilitates easy connection to an AV receiver for high quality sound. The smart function of this TV brings new connectivity to sources from the internet and beyond. With an ample selection of hdmi inputs and menus that are relatively easy to navigate this product can be a centerpiece of your home viewing for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Pleased-Great Picture I found this tv for 50 % off at Best Buy. I have 4 other LG televisions and have been pleased with all of them. Never had any issues and they are very easy to set up and use. I am pleased with my purchase. I was looking at another much more expensive LG tv but when I found this one I couldn't justify the higher cost. This tv has a beautiful picture and probably more features than I will ever use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It broke after a dozen uses It was made of cheap plastic, with lots of assembly parts, and poor and confusing assembly design. I used it for about 8 months once or twice a month. It worked perfectly only for about 10 or 12 cleaning cycles. After that the power of sucking gradually diminished and the vacuum started having switching on/off problems. Sometimes I wasn't able to switch it on without any obvious reason (contacts?), and next time it worked OK. Once after my husband emptied it, he inserted the dust container back the wrong way and the container got stuck. Next time when we tried to switch the vacuum on, the switch button sank and got stuck inside. We had to dispose it, and buy a new simpler model.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good suction, but poor features, very heavy! This vac has great suction which is why I bought it. But the more I use it, the more I dislike it. 1. It is very heavy - 20 lbs. 2. Using the attachments is complicated - they will not work unless every item is clicked into place. 3. It is impossible to tell if it is set on hi med. or low - not much difference in the sound, and no lights or buttons. 4. The "stretch" hose is still tight and requires a strong pull to stretch it and use it. I am close to giving up - I get exhausted every time I use it - it is just too much work!!! Poor design.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great features but at a cost Overall I love this product. Especially that I can go from one surface to another without having to change the settings. Also being able to put the handle in the 'stand up' position to pick something up or move furniture without worrying about the brush sitting there spinning wearing down the bristles. The turbine tool is convenient but I have had to have it replaced three times!! A small plastic piece inside the unit breaks very easily. Twice while I followed the "Owner's Manual" instructions to take apart and clean and another just while using. LG replaced the turbine tool free of charge but is it worth the hassle?? The hose does extend quite far & is great for under cushions or on walls or ceilings but it can tip over. Be extra cautious if you want to vacuum the stairs going down or it may follow you!! I do love this product but....... I would recommend researching this type of unit with other manufacturer's. If I would have known of the pet turbine tool breaking so easily and the difficulty of using the hose extension, I would not have purchased this product.

vacuum LuV300 vacuum makes a very high pitch noise. The vacuum has good suction and I cannot find an obstruction.

We appreciate your interest in this vacuum cleaner. If suction is good, and no obstructions have been found, then all is likely in proper order. You may wish to check the roller brush for something loose, which could make the sound, or the retractable hose for an air leak in one of the folded sections.

What to do when this item has been discontinued  ex, replacement parts?

This model has not been discontinued, so much as replaced by different models with different feature sets. Product failures are not common, with this unit, but should something happen, we are still ready to assist with this model.

how do i clean the hepa filter

The SENSOR COOK function has preset power levels for 13 food categories. Simply press the COOK button, followed by the corresponding CODE listed on page 16 of your owner’s manual.

LG suction motor turning off by itself

As I use my less than 1 year old LG Kompressor, the suction motor turns itself off after a few minutes of use. Is this a filter issue?

Hi, Can be an electrical problem If the motor keep turning on and off how you move the vacuum up and down. Inside is a cable which is going through a small hole located in the wheels axle to a micro switch. LG part number for this cable is EAD60874601. This can be a possibility, but can be other too. My advice is to contact the LG service/repair dept. or take it to a professional appliance repair.

Replace agitator, sounds like the bearings have gone out which are preventing it from spinning .

why is my vacuum blowing air and loud through the hole in the back?

it is the hole below the cord wrap and has a T in front of a gasket type thing

Be certain that the vacuum has been connected correctly, to where the exhaust hose is properly connected at the bottom for proper air flow. Check your connection instructions. The wand has no suction, but the vacuum works fine

There is no obstruction or plugging. In the lower left corner in the back of the housing under the cord wrap. There is a round port that appears to be leaking air? Does this require a cover? I cannot find a 3-D photo to rotate to view the back of the vacuum.

This round port you are seeing should be a damper on the back of the motor assembly. There should not be a cap for this. However, if there is no suction, it would be recommended to check the flexible hose, or the spin of the vacuum head brush. If it still does not resolve the matter, it would be recommended to contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for additional assistance.
