Washes and Dries Great
This is a good machine for smaller spaces. When you are measuring your space to see if it will fit, keep in mind the vent, gas, and water hoses in the back. The washer holds a big load of clothes, which is a nice feature. The spin cycle really takes a lot of the water out of the clothes. The drier dries the clothes quickly. Maybe because the spin cycle works so well? The one feature I would like to see is the machine would keep the settings you adjusted the cycle to. It constantly adjusts to the default setting. My old machine kept your adjustments. Another thing would nice is if you could change the signal done music.

Great features
Bought this about a month ago, So far so good. Love that the app tells me when my cycles are finished reminds me when I need to run a clean wash cycle. On a weird side customer service knows nothing about the actual machine. Also the remote start function they advertise in the commercial is t as handy as you would think. You have to turn the machine on physically hit remote and then u can remote start from the app and hope it hasn’t went off with timing out. It’s a safety feature which I get but it’s kinda useless. Unless you live in a 2 story house and realize you didn’t hit start

Brand new stack tower during the spin cycle even on low the machine shakes violently and is extremely loud. We have checked floor levels, unit levels and places the provide skid pads underneath. What is going on?
Check to make sure that the shipping bolts have been removed from the back of the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer, Model # WKG101HVA and check to ensure that the unit has been leveled properly. To minimize noise and vibration, the unit should be installed on a level, solidly constructed floor capable of supporting the appliance without flexing or bouncing to minimize vibration during the spin cycle. Concrete flooring is best, but a wood floor is sufficient, provided it is built to FHA standards. The floor under the appliance must not slope more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) from front to back or side to side...^Ivan

is this a ventless dryer? if not, which one is ventless, as i am looking to buy
The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer, Model # WKG101HWA is not ventless. It is a gas dryer and all gas dryers have to be vented to the outside. We currently do not have a ventless model for our LG Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ units but did announce that there are plans to release a ventless model. Is the graphite gray the same as "stainless steel"?
No, Graphite Steel is not the same texture as Stainless Steel nor does it have the same appearance. Stainless Steel has a different grain and is more of a brushed silvery finish while Graphite Steel is more of a dark greyish color (think of the color of the graphite in your pencil)...^Ivan

For the dryer, can you adjust the temperature for the automated dryer settings, or is that possible only when doing a timed dry?
The ENERGY STAR® Qualified Single Unit Front Load LG WashTower™ with Center Control™ 4.5 cu. ft. Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer, Model # WKG101HVA automatically sets the dryness level and temperature at the recommended setting for each cycle. Each cycle has default settings that are selected automatically but they can be customized by using the cycle modifier buttons. The Temp. button can be used to adjust the temperature setting. Pressing this button repeatedly allows you to scroll through the available settings from Low to High. The Dry Level button can be used to select the dryness level for the selected cycle. Pressing the Dry Level button repeatedly allows you to scroll through available settings. The dryer will automatically adjust the cycle time according to the selected dryness level. Selecting More or Very will increase the cycle time, while Less or Damp will decrease the cycle time. The AI Sensor Indicator optimizes drying times and temperatures by detecting the laundry's characteristics.
The indicator lights up when the Normal cycle is selected with the Normal dry level, except when the

Washer and 7.4 cu. ft. Gas Dryer, Model # WKG101HVA on our product detail page for the unit. The washer controls feature a Delay Wash button that can be used to delay the start of the wash cycle after you have selected your preferred wash cycle and other settings. Each press of the Delay Wash button increases the delay time by 1 hour, for up to 19 hours...^Ivan
