ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Feb. 10, 2011 LG Electronics-brand residential front-load clothes washers achieved the number one share of the U.S. market, based on revenues, during the fourth quarter of 2010, according to market data from The Stevenson Company’s TraQline report. This marks the 16th consecutive quarter in which LG has achieved this distinction.

LG-brand front-load clothes washers first reached this milestone less than four years after entering the U.S. market, aided by the popularity of innovations such as the LG SteamWasher™ that uses TrueSteam™ technology. Technological innovation and design have continued to propel LG to a leadership position in this key home appliance category.
