Download the LG Mobile Support Tool to your PC.

After Execution of LG Mobile Support Tool, Click Customer Support > Application, Manual & USB Driver Download menu.

Enter a value for "IMEI" or "serial number" in your phone and Search.

PC requirements for LG Mobile Support Tool
- 1GHz or higher Pentium-compatible processor
- At least 512 MB of RAM (memory)
- Windows 2000 (SP4 or later) or Windows XP (SP1 or SP2), Windows Vista, Windows 7
- Administration rights on the PC for software installation
- High-speed Internet connection

Fully charge the battery.

Saved any important data onto the PC through PC Sync before upgrading your firmware.

Close PC Sync/ applications before proceeding with the update.

Calling and messaging functions are not available during the update process.

Remove the SD card.

Do not disconnect the USB cable until the update is completed.

The handset is automatically reset during this process.

The update takes approx. 10-30 minutes.

Please connect your USB cable directly to the PC (Do not use a USB Hub).
