Troubleshooting
Washing Machines

1. Is the inlet hose damaged or loosely connected? If the inlet hose is damaged, it needs to be replaced and if it is loosened, reconnect it. 2. Is water leaking from the drain filter area? Turn the drain filter to the right as far as it will go after cleaning. Make sure to put on the plug of the drain hose. 3. Is water leaking from the air vent of the washer outlet at the back of the unit? If excessive amounts of detergent or non-High Efficiency (HE) detergent is used, it causes excessive suds during the wash cycle. These excessive suds may spill over the washer outlet in the back and cause water leaks. Make sure to use the recommended amount of HE detergent.
