After 6 months stoped charging and does not work when plugged in- used only for going out and not left on all day.. WAste of money

Does LG PuriCare™ Mini Air Purifier have a hepa filter?

The LG PuriCare™ Mini Air Purifier, Model # AP151MBA1 has been tested by Intertek for 99% clearance of 0.3µm particulate matter at the High Speed Mode(H) within 155 minutes in the space of 8m³ (Results may vary depending on the environment and use of the unit). It is BAF (British Allergy Foundation) certified to prevent allergens that can cause respiratory and skin diseases. HEPA, which stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air, is a designation used to describe filters that are able to trap 99.97 percent of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and any airborne particles that are 0.3 microns (µm) in size. To be called a HEPA filter, a filter has to be tested and certified by a HEPA certification company. Intertek is recognized as a Nationally Recognised Testing Laboratory (NRTL) in the U.S. A Nationally Recognised Testing Laboratory (NRTL) is an independent laboratory recognized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to test products to the specifications of applicable product safety standards. How successful is this product with vaping in a 12 x 25 room?

Assuming that the measurements of 12 x 25 that you have given are in feet, that would be a room of 180 square feet and that would be too large of a room-size for the LG PuriCare™ Mini Air Purifier, Model # AP151MWA1 which ios designed for a room of 18 square feet (actual 17.976 sq.ft)...^IFV

Does this unit have either a UV C lamp  or 03 generator for killing viruses?

This unit is certified to remove 99% of 0.3-micron ultra-fine dust, particles which can cause disease and include harmful substances like heavy metals. How do I clean the filter?

The operating environment and frequency and length of use of the LG PuriCare™ Mini Air Purifier, Model # AP151MWA1 affect filter replacement frequency. When the filter is clogged, the air purifier becomes noisier than usual. The Allergen Filter/ Ultrafine Filter should be checked monthly for particulate buildup and if needed, it can be cleaned with a vacuum or a soft brush. It should be replaced every 6 months. The filter should never be washed with water and you need to take care not to damage the Ultrafine filter when you use a vacuum cleaner. When the filter needs to be replaced, an alert will appear in the Puricare Mini app. To purchase a replacement filter, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000...^IFV
