What People Are Saying

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average phone Have had it a while now and believe it's a little better than an average phone. It does have plenty of rom and RAM for that average user.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great phone for my purposes.. I purchased this phone when it came out a few years ago and am still using it. Even though it is older and getting slower, it's really held it's own. What I like -The 2nd screen at the top is great for storing favorite apps and contacts to quickly access them when not on the home screen. -sound quality is outstanding with hi-fi Dac. Just pop on some headphones and enjoy the higher quality of your music. -this phone was made for taking videos. Great quality and editing. -great build quality. After a few years nothing has really given out. -no buttons on the sides. Makes holding it better and the fingerprint scanner is also the power button on the back. Accessing that and the volume buttons is easy, the texture is easy to locate and differentiate them. What I don't like -battery life is not very good at all. I find myself charging it multiple times a day with minimal to moderate usage, drains faster than I like even in my pocket. Am forced to use airplane mode to conserve battery. -LCD screen looks good, but image burn-in is a problem. -the back camera is hit or miss. Auto focus is terrible, so you have to be patient with taking shots. Front camera us great though. -I know it's a few years old, and stuck with Android 6, but it's becoming slower than my other, older phones when opening apps. Worst is auto-rotate, it just doesn't rotate first try, but 60pct of the time it works every time.. -speakers are average at best, but this phone was made for headphones anyways. All in all its a good phone, great value right now at the current price, as long as you don't expect a whole lot from the back camera and battery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable and useful! Does everything I need it to do! Has a decent UI, battery life is acceptable, and most importantly captures a cell signal.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good camera, terrible system This is my second phone of this model in almost 3 years. First one got stuck in a system update loop less than a year after I got it. Missing texts and half of old texts from a friend were added to their new texts. We compared phones and they were not the same texts. Very weird. Now about to have to get another new one because it is screen burning/ghosting, frozen screens often, missing texts, battery (even bought new ones- didn't change) life drains, and the phone gets too hot to hold. I have to keep it on airplane 80% of the day. Once it shuts off completely and I turn it back on, it takes forever to load and by the time its back on my battery is dead. I have tried cleaning the system, deleting pictures apps and files, and asked my service provider if there is anything I can do. Nothing. Otherwise the system is easy to navigate and I love the camera. I keep having to pay more and more for this phone. Not worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great features, but battery life sucks I've had this phone for quite awhile. I love the design if the phone. The camera is awesome, but my battery life keeps depleting. I've deleted apps, cleaned junk files, only charge when it gets below a certain percentage, but it keeps going dead. My husband has the same phone, but only as a back up phone. I switched batteries to see what would happen and it was the same thing. I purchased a battery offline, charge the phone completely and within 30 minutes or so the phone is going dead! I'm at a brick wall!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE PHONE!!! I PURCHASED THIS PHONE A MONTH AGO. THE PHONE WORKED WONDERFULLY THE FIRST WEEK. THEN ALL OF SUDDEN THE BATTERY IS DEAD AND AFTER CHARGING OVERNIGHT THE PHONE IS COMPLETELY DEAD. TRIED SWITCHING PHONE CHARGERS THE SAME THING. BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY THE SAME ISSUE. I FOLLOWED SUGGESTION CHANGING TO PHONE SETTINGS TO PRESERVE BATTERY LIFE...NOTHING. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A FAN OF LG BUT BY FAR THIS IS THE WORST PHONE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from LG V10 The battery dies real fast and quite annoying. The camera features i think are hard to understand but i guess i just need to read it more. But sometimes the glare from lights distort or mess up photos. Otherwise its a great phone.
